From the moment you order to the moment your produce arrives, every order follows the same careful process. Here is exactly what happens after you check out.
1. Place your order
Browse the categories, add items to your cart, and check out as a guest — or send your list to us on WhatsApp.
2. Order confirmation
Our team confirms your items, availability, total in AED, and your delivery details before anything is packed.
3. Fresh sourcing & quality check
Produce is sourced from our network and checked for freshness, weight and quality on the day of dispatch.
4. Careful packing
Items are packed to protect freshness — chilled goods travel in cold-chain packaging where needed.
5. Out for delivery
Your order leaves in your chosen delivery slot for your emirate. You receive updates as it progresses.
6. Delivered to your door
Receive your order, check the items, and pay on delivery while online payment is being finalised.
